The Victorinox Yeoman is a 3-layer 91mm SAK with a very useful set of tools. This discontinued model is very popular with collectors. The knife is similar to the 4-layer Explorer, providing the same basic functionality in a smaller 3-layer model.
In comparison to it’s 4-layer counterpart, the secondary small blade is dropped for the ‘combotool’, which combines the functionality of the bottle- and canopener.
I hold this model in high regard, as i think it’s the most useful functionality for a 3-layer knife.
